Hi, I’m Sahil. I have just graduated from the University of Oxford with a First Class degree in Oriental Studies (Chinese with Japanese). At A Level/ Pre-U, I studied Maths (A*), English (D1), French (D1) and Russian (D1).

I have experience tutoring students for 13+, GCSE, A-Level and for admission to Oxbridge for Oriental Studies and other humanities subjects.

I love tutoring for the opportunity it offers to spread my passion for languages and literature to my students. I still remember all the teachers from school whose teaching transformed my perspectives and ideas on their subjects extremely clearly and hope that in my tutoring I can play even a fraction of as formative a role with my students.

I spent half a year before the pandemic studying abroad at Peking University where I was lucky enough to fall in love with Peking opera and visit cities across China and East Asia.
