Elsa, Law - University of Oxford
Hello! I’m Elsa, and I recently completed my undergraduate degree in Law from Oxford, graudating with a First Class degree. I am now studying for a masters in the Bachelor of Civil Law programme at Oxford.
I thoroughly enjoyed my undergraduate degree in law and how it enabled me to develop the skills and techniques to better analyse legal text and legal principle. I was pleased that all my effort resulted in me obtaining the ‘Knox Prize’ for best overall undergraduate in Law at Trinity College, Oxford. I have also been awarded several scholarships as a result of my performance throughout the undergraduate degree to pursue post-graduate study. Taking my legal knowledge further through the masters programme is particularly exciting as it pushes the boundaries of the law and allows me to go in greater depth across areas of public and private law. The critical skills I have developed from my undergraduate and post-graduate study have enabled me to become a better legal analyst and are applicable to both the multiple-choice and essay section of LNAT preparation.
I have previous experience working with students from a range of backgrounds and I find it incredibly rewarding to help students to reach their full potential. I provide a calm and encouraging presence, whilst still being able to give clear, constructive feedback. I hope to be able to pass on the skills I have developed to fellow legal enthusiasts.
