Ella

Hi there! I’m Ella and am currently in my fourth-year at the University of Oxford studying Biochemistry. How the cell functions at the molecular level is something that drew me to the subject of Biochemistry and from studying both Biology (A*) and Chemistry (A*) at A-level it was clear that it would be the perfect degree for me and my interests within Science. In addition to these subjects I also studied Maths (A*) A-level as well as Further Maths AS level (A) at my 6th form and so I am able to tutor in all these subjects to both a GCSE and A-level standard.

I have a lot of experience tutoring in maths and sciences across a range of ages; including Primary School Tutoring as well as GCSE/A-level. I would say that I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor that encourages students to ask questions and feel comfortable when learning. I really enjoy making students feel confident in their ability as well as seeing them improve and understand new topics over the time I tutor them.
