dom

My name's Dom and I've recently graduated from Oxford with a First in English. At A-level, I studied English (A*), French (A*) and History (A), before going on to Oxford where I received a scholarship following my first year exam results.

Having gained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification while I was at school, I spent some time teaching English at a small school in Tanzania, and have since provided academic advice and coaching to Oxbridge applicants accross a range of subjects.

Having received tutoring myself as part of my Oxford application process, I have experienced first-hand the exponential academic improvement which can be unlocked by just a small amount of one-to-one help. However, I also know that in order for students to realise their potential, they must find a subject engaging, interesting, and challenging, so it is around these three core tenets which I centre my lessons.
